Recently after seeing this advertised on television tried this. What a treat. 3/4 cup is 80 calories and 30 grams of carb. I use Almond Milk and with 1 half cup of that - it comes to 31 carbs and has not spiked my sugars. It tastes wonderful. Just thought I mention this to othes that are looking for a “friendly” cereal.
I’ve been eating Fiber One (1/2 cup) with, unsweetened almond milk, almonds, flax seed, walnuts, blue berries and strawberries with no spike
I love that stuff! All Bran is another good one
I googled this cereal and came across a review that is way unique!! It has a word in it that would not pass muster here so read if you like every day humor. here

Thanks for this. I’ve been eating All Bran and before that Guardian (but I can’t find that anywhere now and think it might have been discontinued). I love cereal in the morning but it’s so hard to find ones that don’t cause a huge spike, so I’ll definitely check this one out.
