This is my first blog on tudiabetes. Alison my 14 year old has a dr appt tomorrow. I hope her A1C is better, we’ve struggled with it lately. The JDRF walk-a-thon in Tempe is this week-end we look forward to it every year, it is so fun and inspiring. I am looking for a way for her to connect with other diabetics her age to feel more connected and maybe get some helpful hints on how to deal with disease on a minute by minute basis. Sometimes thats not so easy. So this is my attempt to reach out to others and share my experiences as a daughter of a diabetic, a wife of a diabetic, and the mother of a diabetic.
