Has anyone gotten the free sleeve/case that was offered online?
Just curious.. they sure take their time.
I have ordered as well but haven’t received it yet. I can tell you I once requested the Contour (not USB) when they were giving it away for free and it was probably 3 months before I finally received it. It ended up being the day after I bought the Contour USB.
I ordered mine several months ago (by completing some kind of questionnaire) and have not yet received it, either.
Ordered mine 3 weeks ago and no delivery yet.

Got my sleeve for second meter the first of Feb.,2011. Three days later received a second sleeve for my original meter I registered. Working great, gives protection for the meters.

Yep…Registered 2 new meters last month and had then delivered with in 5 days. Guess I kept the wheel greased enough with my first meter. I even got a free USB meter from them. Teddy Rosevelt was right with that big stick.
THe first time i asked about the sleeve I was sent to fill out the survey page AGAIN… Recently I called about it, and recieved it in about 2 weeks…

I still dont have a warm and fuzzy feeling with Bayer customer support…

I guess you folks are all in the USA? I bought my Accu Check here in Spain years ago. Still works perfectly. Think it may have been an original. Now I'm a pensioner I get the strips free, So if it aint broke don't fix it, but I sure would like some freebie's. Good Luck!
