I have used it for a year and have never had one fall off. I clean the skin and stick it on. I am Very careful to keep all soap / shampoo / any other skin products away from the site. Sticks for 2 weeks every time
Just use these - problem solved - cheap on ebay sometimes - out of date work fine
My first Libre sensor fell off after 4 days. I contacted Abbott and they sent an email to replace it at the pharmacy. I now put the 2” Tegaderm clear bandage over my sensors. I shower and exercise without any problem for the full 10 days.

The first Libre sensor popped off after 1 hr of having it on. The second sensor stayed on; however, when I put the reader up to it for the first reading I received an error saying I needed to replace it.
I wipe the insertion site with the included alcohol wipe, let it dry completely, insert and hold pressure for a few seconds. No problems. Only have used back of arms.
I called Abbot and told the problem I had I received an email with voucher to replace the failed sensor and a replacement of the one that popped off. The entire time on the phone was less than 10 min. Very impressed with Abbot CS.
I had the exact same experience. I had one additional experience to add to yours. I got a letter from Abbott asking why I had not yet returned the defective sensor. I had returned it well over a month prior to getting this letter. I had the tracking number and I went online and verified that it was returned to Abbott, received by them, the date and time they received it, and the name of the person that signed for it. This was not an overlap in timing. They had the returned product in their possession for over a month BEFORE they wrote the letter. Their record keeping could use some improvement.
Their customer service is great and awful. I have had very good reps and some down right awful ones during telephone conversations with them. Guess it is the luck of the draw on customer service.
I know they say to use the Libre sensor on your arm but I was wondering if anyone ever tried any other location. Thanks for your post.
I once saw a pdf by Abbott showing results on the stomach area and they were not as good
a little searching and you may find it
of course that does not mean it will not work better for you
