Haha! No, these nurses I speak of aren’t at this PCP office. Unfortunately most have been at Hospitals or at a random specialist here or there. Trust me, if I had to encounter them on a regular basis, I would TOTALLY switch

Looks to me they don’t specialize in anything but hot air!! I had a male nurse (“has been for over 10 years”) tell me that ALL long-acting insulin are cloudy. I then corrected him by saying “except for Levemir”. He argued with me up and down, until about 15-20 minutes later, he finally said, “we don’t use Levemir in our hospital”… Huh??? What??? Then why the WWF verbal showdown?? Yet the same individual drinks regular soda like a fish!! (still trying to talk about MY diabetes)… I wanted to smack him soooooooo hard…LOL
Lesson for to day is… If you don’t know something, DO YOUR RESEARCH before you give out information!!
Geez louise…gotta hate it! I’ve had many a convo like this. And I wonder what my “stressors in life are??!” Haha. I dig your lesson for the day
