Tabs are much faster then OJ and sugar cubes. When I was dxed I had to carry around sugar cubes…can you imagine the mess that sugar can make.
I think Grape is the best…but I prefer the BIG smarties that you can get at Wal Mart. I hate the sugar tabs…they taste like chalk.
