It’s too hot to cook, LOL what’s a good diabetic friendly snack that I can take to the pool with me?

I love local cucumbers, no wax. I eat the cukes, peel and all.
Right now I love cutting cucumber length-wise, seeding, filling in the core with avocado & topping with a slice of deli turkey. Plenty of protein, refreshing & easy. And low carb!!!

Poolside snacks:
hard-boiled eggs
nuts
cheeses sticks or cubes
jerky or sausage sticks
carrots, cucumber slices

What other ideas do we have?
