In August, 2010, before starting my pump (9/23), my A1C was 7.2. I saw my endo today and my A1C is now 5.7. Plus, I’ve dropped 34 pounds. She and I are delighted. Yea!!

Thanks Amy. It was a really good day. Going on the pump, I reduced my daily insulin dose by about 90 units a day. I’m sure that has helped with the weight loss.

That is what I am hoping for. I hope to reduce the amt of insulin usage via pump…And keep up with the good work!
