I received the message below from a fellow tudiabets member and wanted to pass it along to more like-minded diabetics. Please don’t kill me Kiwi! :slight_smile:

Last ditch ask for help



Hello my diabetic cohorts.



On July 17 I completed 100 miles in the JDRF Ride to Cure in Burlington,
VT to raise money for research. My commitment was $4000 and
unfortunately was only able to reach $3080. On August 13, I must pay the
balance out of my pocket.



On August 23, I am beginning nursing school on my way to become a CDE. The amount of my loan is startling.



I am asking once more for donations in order to lower my already huge amount of payments due.

I would love to be able to help, but I have students loans also, and no job prospects in the health care field. I wish you better luck than I am encountering.
