Help with bloating

I have been doing some travel lately which has necessitated a change from my normal diet-- seemingly in the direction of less fiber. As a result I am so bloated! It’s very uncomfortable. Many recommendations for avoiding this scenario seem to involve advice I can’t follow, like “eat more grains.” What do you do to avoid being all plugged up?

I’ve had this when traveling & think it’s from the change in water because I tend to eat pretty much the same as I do at home. Exercising (doesn’t have to be a work out–just walking) & drinking more water helps me. I travel with nuts & seeds for snacks & eat even more for fiber when I feel bloated. I don’t use them, but some people travel with fiber capsules.
