Hi there…FINALLY got around to this! I’m James, aka River, and I was diagnosed with Type 2 diabetes just over a month ago. I write ( actually do another blog on another site, going to start one here if possible lol) was an indie filmmaker a few years ago and now work for a non-profit. I have gone through, and in a way still am, the information overload associated with he Big D. Will post more info as needed/requested…my life is an open book, and I refuse to let this disease write the final chapter.
