I really like hot yoga and want to do it more, but every time I do, I sweat out my CGM. I see other posts of people who have had this problem, but I see few solutions. So, I’m casting a net looking for solutions and recommendations.
I’m currently using the oval tape that Medtronic sends out with their sensors. I use two stickers per applications, and I’m using skin-tac as prescribed by Metronic. This set up will get me through a sweaty workout in the gym, but not hot yoga. I’ve used Mastisol in the past (prior to my experience in yoga) but have hesitated going back to it because it’s like using pine tar (at least to me).
Is there anyone out there who does hot yoga, has had a problem with their CGM and solved it with a particular tape and/or prep?
