I agree with Cyndy P!! Particularly with the points you are making about scar tissue, which can cause issues w/ a CGM, I would go w/ the pump on it’s own for a while and work on getting the hang of it w/ your meter. Then perhaps revisit it if you can get the pump to work that way?

I just found this post. I didn’t realize you were having problems with the CGM and MM - I have been using them for over three years. I have found it to be absolutely invaluable and as I am in Butler, if you would like to meet and I can show you, diabetic to diabetic…how it REALLY works. If you would like to e-mail me at : greenmutz@optonline.net we can spend some time going over “stuff”…I agree the training is lacking, and NO-ONE who is not diabetic has any idea what it is like.
It is workable and it does give you a lot more freedom than injections. It also can be a “life-saver” . I will check my e-mail over the weekend.
If I can help you, I am happy to do it. Sometimes we do feel “isolated” out there.
