Well I'm back. It's been a rough couple of months with school, diabetes and a complete flip flop of my life. The blog has been pretty much on hold and I personally just need a break from the online life. I've still broken myself from it and don't even bring a computer to class or to study anymore, I just write everything out. My diabetes has been pretty difficult with all of this. I've blogged about it a couple days ago and have had the week from hell with blood sugars and with insulin sites. It's been a rough road but we completed our first round of exams this week. I got a 90 in both Medical Biochemistry and Gross Anatomy, so that's pleasing. Have to pick it up for the next rounds to give me a little buffer for the shelf (nationally standardized) finals.
On the plus side I checked my son's blood sugar and he doesn't have any rise. I was pretty worried because of the way he was acting.That really helped me sleep through the night. He was antibody negative last summer and let's just hope it stays that way.
