After being told it wasn’t covered, my husband went in and talked to the Human Resources director and explained that my Dr. feels this is the best medicine for me and he wants me on it. One day later, it’s covered!!! Hurrah! So don’t give up if at first they say no. I now pay 25.00/pen, a savings of 75.00 per pen. That makes it a lot more affordable per month, expecially since I’m still doing well on the lowest dose!
