I could really relate to it.
I have been to that point that Michael talks about in his song, “the darkness”, that point where you feel lost and all alone and think no one cares and you feel like giving up, you want to give up.

But then out of the blue comes one person to pull you out of that black hole, that darkness, by showing you that you are not alone, that there is someone who cares, someone who loves you and needs you.

My son’s words were "mum don’t you realize what it would do to me if you weren’t here? Don’t you realize the immense pain and hurt you would leave behind for me and all the people that love you?"
These words made me realize that I needed to do something, that I had to try and climb out of that darkness, that self pity that I was feeling.

I knew I couldn’t do it by myself and thankfully others around me picked it up (my Endo) and got me the help I needed.

Now I am feeling more positive and trying my best to fight to feel better and live a normal healthy life.

I have been in that darkness 3 times in my life and I hope this last time will be the last!
We need to be strong!
