I used to weigh 95 and got up to 115 last year. I was eating everything in sight. Took alot of calories to get me to that weight. When my A1c came back at 7.3 I went on a very low carb diet, lost 20 lbs (stomach shrunk - looked 6 months pregnant) and now at 95 lbs my blood sugar #s are like a pre-diabetic and I don't have to be as strict as I was with the carb consumption. Fasting around 110. I am very thin (small boned) but I was never meant to weigh anymore than I am. I am not on any medications for diabetes at this time.
