Lauren's Hope Medical ID bracelets are cute. They are beaded and you can interchange the medical id tags. Prices are moderate to whatever you want to pay. There are other such companies on line, too . Google up "medical Id bracelets" and you will find many in all price ranges; or even check ebay. I do not have the links right off hand.

Hi Nicole! I just recently ordered mine from Etsy. I dont know if you know the site, but it is mostly hand crafted things. I was on there looking for some art and found these hand engraved cuff bracelets. I LOVEEEEE mine. go to Etsy and search medical ID bracelets, or engraved bracelets, i'm not sure what path i followed but just poke around and you will find something!
