Missy and her family are in my prayers.
The news is not encouraging. They had to stop surgery on John. They haven’t found the source of the internal bleeding but they said his heart wasn’t strong enough to continue the surgery. The hospital has asked Missy to call his family members and his minister.
I don’t know what to do. This can’t be happening.
Was there something wrong with Johns heart before this happened? Aren’t they going to try anything else?
Also, for those of you that don’t know - MIssy lost her another fiancee (before John) in an accident too so this must be terrible for her.
No, his heart wasn’t bad. The accident was very severe. John went through the windshield and as a result of internal injuries he was bleeding internally and they haven’t been able to stop it. They discontinued the surgery because he was failing.
I’m lost.

Sounds like the bleeding might be near his heart somewhere possibly than. Or some other injury to that area if it is losing strength.
Do you know anything about what happened in the car wreck? I am guessing either no seat belt or failure of selt belt and no air bag for him to go through the windshield but the brother was OK. Was John driving?
I hope there is something else they can do.
Actually, he’s her husband. They married shortly before her surgery.

Hey, I didn’t know they got married already! She didn’t tell me! She was planning on possibly using some of those cranes she got at the wedding in December for decoration. I guess that was just a formal reception in December maybe?
She had told me not to say that to anyone…
That was her & his decision. I thought it was in Dec too.
I knew they had gotten married already. It’s just that she made me promise not tell anyone about it… I’m not sure if they’d be okay with it being told to everyone here, right now…
I don’t think she will be upset considering all that has happened. I hope they had a lovely wedding.
