Great post. You can make a link by typing in the name of the URL "Doing T2 Wrong, Ten Rules for Screwing Up Your T2 Treatment." Then go back and highlight the text where you want the link and select "LINK" in the toolbar. Just paste in your URL and you are good to go.
Oh gosh, your "rules" sound like some many people I know.
Reminded me very much of my older brother who was dx-ed a dozen years before me. He followed many of your rules and soon ended up with with complications. I witnessed this for years; it motivated me to lose weight, hoping to avoid dx.
When I was dx-ed, from the start I knew I had to take diabetes seriously. I did not want to go down his path. And I haven't so far.
