All of the above. Seriously, everybody swings up and down a bit especailly with all you have had going on. Hopefully you will not have any more sickness during the next 3 months, you will watch your diet and your A1C will come down. We are with you. And not to put any more pressure on you, but have you finished your video?

I’m right there with ya. I went from 6.6 to 7.3 = BUMMER BUt, I’m doing my best to watch everything I put into my mouth. EVERYTHING. I’m also doing a modified Weight Watchers program so I’m calculating Calories, Fat and Fiber for that, then Carbs for the Pump. Track it all!
