I made this shirt for ALL YEAR ROUND!! I'm a lousy photographer (especially with a dumb phone) and so it read backwards. But it says DIABETES All day, every day! That's reality, folks! :-)

Judith, there is a site called Zazzle, where you can design your own shirts. You can upload pictures, provided they’re high enough quality, and add captions. I got the blue circle from the IDF, which stipulates that you can copy it as long as it’s not for commercial use, and added the caption from my own overheated brain! 
And Stemwinder, I forgot to thank you for the compliment, even if it IS just flattering words. I’ll take them anyway, LOL!!
