Just wanted to hear from anyone using the Omni Pod, how well you like or dislike it, how long you’ve been using it and anything else you’d like to add.
Hi, Ive using the pod for 3 months now and it has been excellent. No dislike or regrets, just perfect for my active life style.
You may want to join our Omnipod Users Group there’s near 350 members who wear the pod and may be able to answer ALL the questions you may have

I was on a MiniMed pump for a year, and the tubing drove me nuts, and the time it took to change sets and fill with insulin was almost a 20 minute process. I read about the OmniPod and the fact there was NO TUBING, and it looked like changing pods was musch less complicated than the MiniMed. I was right, and have been using the OmniPod for over two years now. My A1C is even better because of the pod being waterproof, I can shower, swim, etc without having to disconnect. My only wish would be if the pod were a little smaller, but that is about my only thing I would change.
I definitely think they could make the pod smaller, just a matter of time I suppose, but I love my pod and I’ve had it since March, waiting for the new pdm, wish they’d had it in March so I didn’t have to pay twice but sometimes you just have to make sacrifices!
