I currently use the One Touch Ultra2 meter. About a year and a half ago I bought the software and cable. It never truly worked correctly and I think contributed to crashing my computer. I have since bought a new computer that uses Vista. Is there a way to use the cable to download the info into say excel and not use the software? Will I need to purchase new software that is compatible with Vista? Thanks for your help!
The software is a free download from the one touch site. It should run on vista fine.
