OneTouch Ultra Link Case Replacement - A++ for Customer Service

Called "Medtronics" and a rude lady answered and when I told her what I needed (a case for my Meter as the Zipper had torn" she abruptly, and negatively said "they don't replace them !!" but I could buy a new meter or call LifeScan and ended the call.

Hopefully she was just having a bad day.

Called Johnson and Johnson LifeScan at 1-800-227-8862 and one of the nicest, most professioal women I have talked to, looked up and validted my information ( Address and Meter ID) and shipped one out pronto. Got to me in 2 Days. A++ for Customer Sevice !

After calling Medtronics to find out that they don't carry "cases" - at least they were nice about it. I did a web search and found this post... I called LifeScan and they were amazing!! 2+ years after this originally posted they are still as effective. they are backordered but said they will ship in overnight as soon as it comes in... I am good with that!! A++++ to LifeScan!!

I had a case replaced way back in 2010 by LifeScan, but I had to send them my old one case for some reason. Then I started using the Bayer Contour meter as my insurance company stopped covering the strips for One Touch. Now, I’m back to having to use the One Touch since that’s all my insurance will now cover and the case is once again all ripped. Just called LifeScan and bingo! A new case is on it’s way. Very nice customer service.
