Peanut Butter with Meals

I have been eating a tablespoon of crunchy peanut butter with my meals and I have been having exceptionally good readings,especially breakfast.I never realized peanut butter could be so helpful on controlling my blood sugars.I don't have a weight problem so the few grams of fat I get aren't a problem.I downloaded my blood sugars and I had 65% in range of my target.

That's awesome and a real bonus if (like me) you love crunchy PB. Note to self: grab more PB. :)

I've been having it at bedtime and my am numbers have been great! I am a little concerned about the fat intake but I'll take a good number over anything! :)

I read the nutritional info and it only has 1gram of fat per tblsp.I find that I need only a tsp. in order to keep me level.
