Thanks, old friend—my list of contacts and referrals was recently lost in a Cosmic Crack. I was just about to start with you for help in rebuilding it!..

Now, if you could just explain to me how 17,000 deleted emails were suddenly un-deleted and dumped back into my Inbox!..I’m blaming the cat, of course…
