So, my last project in my college career, is about family crisis. I have picked having a family member diagnosed with diabetes. All my research is done, and now I have to create a collection/collage of items to put on display in a showcase at the school. I am going to put obvious items, the box my PDM came in, insulin vial, used pod, but I am also looking for other neat ideas. One I am going to use is this website, to point out the importance of social support. Does anyone have any other suggestions?

Many of us fingerstick test a lot and our life is literally littered with used test strips. Perhaps you could liberally strew your collage with an abundance of used test strips. I shudder to think of all the medical waste that I generate with test strips, pump supplies, and CGM supplies. If you collected one month’s refuse in a clear container, it would be visually impressive.
