Snoopy Dance

I am so pleased with myself, have gone from 6.5 A1C to 6.1 in just under 3 months. Here they are not that concerned about T2s since they can be controlled with drugs and more drugs. My dr. was most surprised that I had achieved the reduction. In truth it was not that difficult, I just substituted full fat milk for cream in my coffee. All else remained the same. Since my hospital stay last year, in the short stay ward, I have regained the 5kg I lost and it has been difficult to lose again. In my defence I have to say that I was only fed sandwiches during my overnight stay in hospital, I was so hungry I devoured them! Now I have a glimmer of hope on the health front I must redouble my efforts to lose that 5kg again.

Congratulations Pastelpainter. Good luck with the 5 pounds. Cheers! Joanne

Congratulations on your A1C! I had an A1C test done last week, waiting for results with fingers crossed.

Thanks Joanne.

Trudy, its a bit of a worry, the waiting game! Hope all is ok.

I read your previous post where you shared that A1C had gone up ...And this is fabulous news ...thumbs UP because A1C is DOWN !!!
