ok, im so happy today, although i just posted awhile ago about my concern for my postbreakfast BG which is spiking up for these past days…
well, anyways, just out of curiosity, i tested my A1C just 5 mins ago,(i work in the lab) after i asked my boss to draw my blood, LOL…and guess what? its 6.7!!! OMG i cant believe it, from 7.4 last May during my endo’s visit, in just bout 1 month or so, i got it down to this…Im so happy… well, the effort to keep tight with my diet and BG does pay off… but i want to go a lil bit lower than this…
just thought i wanna share this good news…!!!
Congrats, Marvin. It is something you have to brag about: think about it! You are almost a full percentage point lower than two months ago: that is something worth bragging about!
