You can now upload your pump data, as well as a number of meters....the reps indicated that they are working next to allow you yo upload your Dexcom CGM next, which would make this near perfect.
Quite a few nice features such as viewing your sugars with IOB in background and a way to show view pump settings to name a few...finally I can share all this info with my endo and diabetes educator!
I love that the info is in the cloud. As long as we download our pump and meter our endo can pull up the data anytime she wants. We are going through our first pump startup and it really helps for any tweeks in our numbers.
BTW do you know if you can manually enter a BS reading (one pump is at the kids school and if he doesn't enter it in the pump it complicates things)
A friendly caution: There's math issues with the 'dashboard' on T-connect... mine gives me percentages of basal/food bolus/correction and they never add up to 100%. Additionally, the total units per day averages never come even close to equaling whats on my pump (60u/day on pump, 90u/day per T-connect.
I've called Tandem a couple times on it, and they finally admit that there is a problem and that they're working on a solution, but I've not seen a fix yet.
If you aren't having problems, don't worry about it, but if you notice that something seems funny on T-connect, rely on what little info you can get out of your pump, and call Tandem and report it ASAP. Hopefully if enough people call to complain, they'll get it fixed that much quicker!
