I sent a PM to Terry 8 days ago and was puzzled and quite worried that I had not received a response as that was totally out of character for him. Terry has been such an important, thoughtful, invaluable fellow member of this forum I hope that we can all get together and wish him a speedy recovery. He has done so much for me and for this group, that is the least we can do to help support him through his recovery.
He let me know that I can share this information. I am in shock and probably not totally coherent right now as I have just received this very sad news from him.

I’m so sorry to hear this. I don’t post all that often, but I read every day, and have always found Terry’s posts to be so helpful. I wish him a speedy recovery.
What awful news. I always saw Terry as our TuD mascot. He often seems like the first to offer friendly encouragement, a warm welcome, or sage advice. (And he’s way more PC about sensitive topics than I could ever hope to be!)
