Hi everyone I thought I would update now being almost 3 months since I was diagnosed with Diabetes. I went to my doctors and my A1C test has went from 6.8 in November 2008 and now it is 5.7 so I am very happy about this. Also I lost a total of 35 pounds since November 20, 2008. So that makes all the hard work worth it. I have a lot more to loose but I am down almost 2 sizes and that is somthing positive. I thank all of you for your kind words you leave and looking forward to sharing more with you as the days come.
