I finally got on this site it has been a while I guess I got the pass word wrong to get in the other times I tryed.
I hope everyone is doing good.
To update I am doing good lost 85 pounds since November of 2008 my A1C test is good it is 5.6 I feel a lot better. Lupus is not acting up so that is always good. I have not had to use the wheel since March so that makes me feel good I am able to walk a lot better. I am continuing to loose weight and do what I have to do to be healthy. I hope everyone has a great day.
I hope to be back on this site more often.
