I stumbled upon this today and wanted my D-friends to be aware. I have had two contact detach infusion sets to come apart in the middle of the night where it snaps in resulting in high glucose levels.
While this is NOT a recall, Unomedical is asking you to report any issues with the Comfort, Comfort Short, and Contact Detach Infussion Sets. When I reported my issues, they replaced them with a full box.
