Hi I am shelly I am from Canada and I have 2 type diabetes I have many blogs and I write for the coast post and I am a may baby ha ha yes my birthday is in may I also have two 2 cats. I just did my ac1 test and it 7.5 so that good but I need to have it at 7 but I will work at it. Well I turn the big 3O this year and I am not scarred at all it just a number. For my diabetes I take metformin and avandia and I walk and swim so I do keep myself busy but the thing I enjoy most is blogging I this one is number six plus I have facebook page well this a little bit a about me hope to hear from you thanks shelly
