Where do you keep your insulin?

Has anyone found a space saving and convienent way to store pump supplies… currently im working out of the shipping box but its not convienent digging through it every time i need to pull something?

Butter compartment!

It amuses me that it’s the natural go-to spot for everyone!

I keep my in-use Apidra pen in the butter compartment (behind a stick of butter so it doesn’t roll out), and my in-use Lantus pen on the bottom shelf so they are well apart and I don’t mix them up. The two boxes of extra pens are on the bottom shelf too. I have a very large dresser in my bedroom and one of the smaller drawers is dedicated to med bottles ,(I fill two weeks worth of med containers for daily use), extra needles and extra test strips. (I keep a lovely small Guatemalan bag on my kitchen table with needles for daily use).

I have a shelf in my bathroom with wicker baskets on it, i have one basket for infusion sets, one basket for reservoirs, one for strips, one for lancets, one with alcohol wipes and iv prep, one with second skins and one with a sharps container…keep in mine the last 5 baskets are very small, while the first two are larger baskets.

Shares with the butter, except for the current vial, which is in the drawer with the rest of the supplies.
