Now that holiday lights are available at discount prices, consider picking up – if you can find them – strands of blue-only lights for next year’s World Diabetes Day.
I found a 50-light strand of blue-only LED lights for $5.99 at K-Mart, and a 200-light strand of blue-only traditional mini-lights for $5.00 at Walgreen’s. All these are indoor/outdoor lights.
I am also planning to either pick up a florist’s wreath form, or to spray-paint a Christmas wreath World Diabetes Day blue, to add the lights for a WDD-blue-circle display that I can use next year…
