I just got my first pump(OneTouch Ping) last Friday. As with all electronics, I quickly went to work making it MY pump. After doing some searching, I decided to just learn how to work with the composer. It is rather limited, not allowing time signature changes or tempo changes but I have come up with a method to get around that. Attached is the Imperial March. It is as close as I could possibly come given the tools the software has. If anyone has any requests, I would be happy to give it a try. Sheet music helps the process.
I would like to review your efforts. When I click on the file it moves it to my download box, however, when I try to open it the computer tells me it does not recognize the file. What do I need to do?? I have an iMac computer???
You would have to install EZ Manager Max which is the Animas software. It’s woefully out of date and is not compatible with newer operating systems. I think the last compatible version of MAC OS was 10.5. I have long since upgraded my MAC to where the Animas software no longer works. I use Diasend to download my pump for data but it doesn’t do the tunes.
I ran into the same problem. I also am having a heck of a time getting diasend to communicate with my equipment. Still can't make it work and I have a new ping meter and pump\.
More noise pollution to add to all the ring tones that people think are so lovely. Fine, you like it, put in ear buds; don't make the rest of us listen.
I couldn't open the file either, but my guess is that's just as well.
When I first got my pump and tried to download on Diasend, it didn't work either. Finally realized your pump has to be suspended for it to download. Could that be your problem?
