Big update

so this has been an exhausting but elative week. Monday i went to my diabetes doctor… For those who know bout A1C my A1C was 5.6!!! She wants me to stay on the meds a little longer just to be sure but to watch for low blood sugar and if i start going low to cut back to 3 a day instead of 4.

Sunday I weighed 129lbs. Now I am weighing 127 lbs!!! /dance
AND I CAN FIT INTO MY LEATHER PANTS!!! Now don’t ask me to breath or sit in them yet HAHAH but i can button AND zip them! I’m so stoked hahah. Every time I get to thinking omg why am i putting my body through this I get a boost from friends or fit into clothes i didn’t before. Or like today I was walking past a mirror (i’ve been avoiding looking in them) and i stopped and felt my shock as i thought WOW I’ve lost weight. It was the first time i could REALLY see it in myself and not my clothes. heheh i was thinking tonight oh god… i have my trainer tomorrow morning (i’m still hurting from spinners-Monday/trainer-Tuesday/pilates-Wednesday/eliptical trainer-Today, from this week…) but than i fit into my pants and my motivation is back hehe.

AND man i feel soooo good. I don’t feel sick at all (cept sore haha). I am soooo never going back to being fat again. And i WILL have a 6 pack!

Oh and south beach diet smores bars are wayyyy too good to be healthy but apparently they are lmao.
