Blood-sugar conversion

Hi, I live in Canada, and bg readings are said differently here. Does anyone know the equation to translate American bg readings to Canadian, and vice versa?

We use mmol/L in Canada, and mg/dl is used in the US. To convert, just multiply or divide by 18. So 4.7 mmol/L x 18 = 85 mg/dl, and 105 mg/dl / 18 = 5.8 mmol/L.

Hope that helps.
