Could someone kindly advise me as to how to convert the US blood glucose readings to UK ones. I am sure there is a table here somewhere, I would be grateful is someone could point me in the right direction. Thanks
Multiply with 18 to convert from mmol/l to mg/dl. Divide with 18 to convert from mg/dl to mmol/l
