Breakfast cereals

Well,I tried one measured cup of Special K w/5 raspberries and 1/2 packet of Truvia. Wet it with unsweetened Almond milk. Ate a small piece of cheese also. One hour later,196. Good part was that two hrs. later I was down to 124. After breakfast I take my Metformin and Glipizide. Anyway,after all my regular cereal is depleted,I'll try Golean.
I'm nearly two weeks with the Byetta and it seems to be kicking in. Just returned from lunch and I enjoyed a Chipotle chicken salad with lots of greens,cukes,kidney beans and bbq'd chicken. Delicious and two hrs later,106 yeah!

Since I had to start eating breakfast after I was diagnosed, Ieat 1/3 cup bran buds mixed with 100 grams yoplait source yogurt, never have a problem with spikes.
