Hello TuD AwesomeAzing Everyone!
My eyes are weepy with so called “waterproof” mascara dripping down my cheeks. Diabetes is hard. Diabetes is lonely. Diabetes needs community. This is the reason for being that is TuDiabetes.

I have had the honor and privilege of being a part of this community for the past 10 months as community and social media facilitator. I have just “logged off” of my final call with the incredible TuDiabetes admin team who coordinates, facilitates and has helped guide me on this journey. As I said to the admin team tonight amongst my sobs and Kleenex snorts, it’s not goodbye, rather “see you tomorrow”, just through a different lens. I am excited to be shifting to a different space in the world of diabetes but am even MORE excited to watch and engage in the community as it grows even stronger!

TuDiabetes has taught me how the power of community, compassion and support can help us all through both brilliant and dark times of diabetes. Stay tuned for the exciting next steps of TuD!
Sleep well, be well, may diabetes be kind to you tonight. I am excited to be here tomorrow, simply through a new lens. I need you! :kissing_heart: Xoxoxo
