Maybe it’s a mental attitude problem but I’m sometimes worried about my next checkup, whether it be in one hour or one month.
This problem has been worse in the past for me. I’m lucky to have a doc that I’m very comfortable with right now. Still the rigamorale of getting to the appointment, checking in, etc. etc. grates on my nerves and every single step, sometimes, I’m just plain scared. Not so much lately but I recall the feelings so precisely.
Let’s see, a checkup every 3 months for the past 30 years… works out to 100+ checkups. Actually for the first years it was every six months but I didn’t count the eye doctor visits (once a year) and a few others that are less regular so I’m still sure it’s 100+. You’d think this’d be down to a routine by now but sometimes I still find myself worrying…!!!
oh but time traveling is soo much fun 
im always worried about what my weight may read becoz if its abit more then what it should be he gets mad but if i loose it to quick he also gets mad. i guess after 9 years i should be used to it to ! but its soo hard when someone basically tells you your fat loose weight ! just in a more polite way. but good luck in your future check ups and try not to worry and stress becoz that tends to make your levels go high and thats not good and im sure once you stop working yourself up over it you might start enjoying it anyways good luck and take care

Had mine today everything went well , I’m not worried about what he says because He’s a very positive Doc .
Meaning he gives you suggestions on how to fix the problem not talk about it.
thats cool my numbers have been really high but it all went well i hope everyone elses went well
