After my son’s T1 diagnosis in January, we have finally caught up and have decided to take our Christmas money and travel to Florida instead of buying gifts. We are so excited! I’m probably going to pack a duffel bag of supplies. I am nervous that I will forget something! Anyone have suggestions on fun winter activities in FL?

Not being freezing cold is right at the top of my list. Maybe gator wrestling? Chad disposal?
Disneyworld is the only time in history that buying that swampland paid off.
Where in Florida? I have lots of suggestions depending on where you are headed.
We’re staying in Treasure Island. 
Depending on how far you’d like to travel for fun stuff, Busch gardens in Tampa is great. We really enjoyed that. Orlando would be a good few hours to travel, but if you’re willing to go there, the options are endless.
