Dead Dexcom reciever, what to do with it?

I have a dead receiver and am wondering what I should do with it? Throw it in the trash or keep it around!?

Is it under warranty? If so Dexcom will replace it. If not, I have no idea!

Thanks for the reply. It was out of warranty and am already using the new one. Am just wondering about the old non-working receiver, it is been sitting around collecting dust!

Am using my old transmitter and leaving the new one as backup!
