I have started a group called Dealing with Infertility if anyone is looking for discussion and support in that area. I have been TTC for 3 years and as much as I love this group, most of the discussion is from those already pregnant or just beginning to embark into the TTC world and not dealing too much with infertility issues.
I would love to talk with other diabetics who are exploring assistive reproductive technology.
Are you familiar with the blog Managing the Sweetness Within? That gave me tons of support when I was TTC and having to consult a fertility doc. There is a whole chapter in her book on diabetes and infertility.
Hi Lory, it’s nice to see someone who is on the same page. I have to admit that my husband and I have been trying for only 4 months, which is not considered too long, but I have never even taken birth control. I just thought it should happen right away when start TTC… When growing up, we were told how not to get pregnant, and now I wish I knew more…
