Good morning everyone! I know this has probably been discussed, but I have some questions. I am newly diagnosed and am not someone who enjoys wearing jewelry. I forget to put my watch on most days! I am very heavily tattooed, and am thinking of getting a medic alert tattoo on my wrist. Right now, all of my tattoos are covered and it is not a problem, I am a high school teacher. Does anyone know, since this is a medic related tattoo, if someone can be required to cover it? My boss says it is fine, but what happens when he retires and we get new administration? Any thoughts would be greatly appreciated!!! Thanks!!! Chris.

I LOVE THAT TATTOO!! ive been thinking of getting a diabetic tattoo myself. not exactly sure where to put it tho. i already have two. i recently just got my second one. chris im not really sure what you can do. i mean it is just like wearing a medical braclet only this is for life! ha i mean this is for emergency purposes! maybe new administration will be just as understanding.
