can't get my meter or pump to download info onto my computer. Just noticed it's not compatible with windows 8. But I could swear I've gotten it to download before. To be honest, I've only had success downloading twice even with my older computer which I know was compatible. Anyone else having problems with this? Any advice? I'm horrible at writing down my numbers and being able to make sense of my notes when it's time for a doctor visit. I'm so frustrated.
Is it carelink for MiniMed that you download to?
I have the same problem, but with my Mac. Carelink customer service says their software isn't as up to date as our computers are. They tell me to just keep checking back and it's been 4 months!
I got a new computer once (don't remember what version of Windows) and had trouble with Carelink. I called Minimed support and a very nice women spent about 40 minutes with me, helping me get everything set up right. It worked out fine after that. It's worth a try, if you haven't already done that.
